- ALL FLIGHTS have a weight requirement of between 225-450 pounds. Double and Triple Person Flights are based on a combined total. Individual weight no greater than 300lbs.
- Parasail Flights are 10 - 12 minutes.
- Minimum age to fly - 5 years old
- Every individual on boat must complete a digital waiver (including observers)
- Check in is 15 minutes prior to scheduled trip time
- Only bottle of water with twist top allowed on boat

Cancellation Policy
100% refunds are given if WE cancel your trip due to weather or a mechanical issues. You may cancel your trip within 24 hours of your scheduled booking for a full refund. A 7 day cancellation is required for Group & Private Charters. To cancel you MUST speak to an employee of Z Flight Watersports (no email or voicemail will be accepted).
